North Austin

North Austin is one of the fastest-growing parts of the city as young professionals and families move into the area for its excellent proximity to Austin's high-tech corridor and local shopping and dining.

This area used to be considered an Austin suburb, but it is easily accessible from any part of the city now due to the development of several major highways and recent toll road. You can choose from large older custom homes, modern apartments, and townhomes in North Austin and still find a price and style that fits your budget and lifestyle.

Central Austin

Central Austin is a lively and thriving community located near The University of Texas. The area is a mix of students, young professionals, artists and families. Austin's charm is on display along Guadalupe between Martin Luther King Blvd. and 45th street, commonly called "The Drag" by Austinites. Families also enjoy living in Austin, TX homes in historic neighborhoods like Hyde Park with newer homes and larger homes sprinkled throughout Pemberton Heights, Tarrytown and the Shoal-Creek/Allendale area. With many homes built in the 1920's and 30's and known for their charm, this area is ideal for students and faculty of the University and any professional working in virtually any part of the greater Austin area.

East Austin

Well known for its culturally diverse population, East Austin real estate has recently become a hot spot in the center of the city. New investments in roads, homes, and businesses have increased property values far beyond historical numbers and have the potential to change the face of East Austin in the future. Members of this community have enjoyed affordable housing for years. Housing choices are abundant. You can find lovely East Austin Victorian style homes and pre-WWII pier and beams, or relax in one of the many modern loft complexes currently under construction.

South Austin

Just south of beautiful Town Lake and Downtown Austin is one of the oldest and most historic areas of Austin, Texas. South Congress or SoCo, as locals call it, is a hotbed of music, food, and style. Residents of the South Austin area take immense pride in the area's well known, somewhat "quirky" attitude. Funky local shops, vintage homes, and beautiful parks make this area the heart and soul of that "Keep Austin Weird" sensibility.

West Austin

West Austin stands as the gateway to the vast Texas Hill Country. Once you cross over to the southwest side of the Colorado River, you immediately notice the terrain begin to swell and wind. This area is most well known for its gorgeous natural settings as well as wealth and quality of life. Most communities here are well-established and offer amenities that make commuting unnecessary. However, if you do feel like living it up downtown, most neighborhoods here are only about 15 minutes away from the heart of Austin.

Hill Country

The beautiful Texas Hill Country surrounds the Austin area and there are several small towns and established neighborhoods in the area that are perfect for your new home. This area is also famous for its variety of prestigious golf courses that delight golfers from around the world. The area is 20 - 25 minutes from the heart of Austin, and for your everyday needs, there are plenty of shops near the charming Hill Country neighborhoods.
