Lease Only Contract vs. Property Management Agreement
We always include both agreements for your review for the following reason:
- Many people are not certain what level of service they will require.
- Reviewing both documents is certainly beneficial as the lease listing goes into more detail around the listing process with the intent of setting the property up for self management if the owner prefers that route. This serves to differentiate the two different functions.
- Our goal is to set up the lease listing tenancies to easily be transitioned into management contracts if and when the owner’s life situation changes and requires the change. The management function is clearly built to be an add on to our level of services that we provide.
Both contracts will be discussed in the conversation/appointment proceeding this review.
